Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Teric Baseball mobile application and related services (the "Service") provided by Teric Baseball ("Teric," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent, guardian, or coach who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

Your account

You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Subscriptions and payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms.

• Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple or Google account settings after purchase.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their policies.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems.

Training content and health disclaimer

Teric provides training plans and content for informational and educational purposes, including plans generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence. Teric is not a medical provider, and the Service does not provide medical advice. Consult a qualified physician or healthcare professional before beginning any exercise or training program, especially if you have an injury or medical condition. You participate in any training activity at your own risk, and you are responsible for exercising safely and within your ability.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and content (excluding data you provide), is owned by Teric and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service and its users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular training outcome will be achieved.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Teric will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the app. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
