Delete Your Account

This page explains how to request deletion of your Teric Baseball ("Teric") account and the data associated with it. You can delete your account directly in the app, or contact us to request deletion if you no longer have the app installed.

Delete your account from within the app

The fastest way to delete your account:

1. Open the Teric app and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Select Delete Account.
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

This permanently deletes your account and removes your associated data from our systems.

Delete from the website

If you created your account on this site, sign in at /account and use Delete my account. It runs the same deletion as the app.

Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email us at support@tericbaseball.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete your account. We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before we process the request. We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove the personal information and training data associated with it, including:

• Your account details (name and email address).
• Your athletic profile (birth month and year, height, weight, position, training goals, and season dates).
• Your training plans, completed sessions, logged reps, and progress history.
• Your support tickets and any screenshots you attached, your feature requests and votes, your waitlist entry, and any pending team invitations sent to your email.

What may be retained

After deletion we keep a record that the account was deleted (your account ID, sign-in method and a one-way hash of your email — not the email itself), any anonymous exit-survey answers you chose to give, and, for accounts 13 and older, de-identified plan-generation statistics that carry no name, email or measurements. Records of subscription transactions are held by Apple, Google or Stripe under their own policies and are not controlled by us.

Parents

Parents: to delete a child’s account, email us from the parent email you gave when you consented, or use Delete account in the app.
