Delete Your Account

This page explains how to request deletion of your Teric Baseball ("Teric") account and the data associated with it. You can delete your account directly in the app, or contact us to request deletion if you no longer have the app installed.

Delete your account from within the app

The fastest way to delete your account:

1. Open the Teric app and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Select Delete Account.
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

This permanently deletes your account and removes your associated data from our systems.

Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email us at support@tericbaseball.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete your account. We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before we process the request. We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove the personal information and training data associated with it, including:

• Your account details (name and email address).
• Your athletic profile (date of birth, height, weight, position, training goals, and season dates).
• Your training plans, completed sessions, logged reps, and progress history.

What may be retained

We may retain a limited amount of information after deletion where it is required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes, or to meet our record-keeping obligations. Records of subscription transactions are held by Apple or Google under their own policies and are not controlled by us. Any retained data is kept only for as long as necessary for those purposes and is then deleted.
