Restore purchasesPaid but the app still shows Free

Payments are confirmed with the App Store rather than by us directly, so there is a short gap between paying and the app knowing about it.

In the app: fully close it and reopen it — that makes it re-check. If it is still wrong, open Profile, then Subscription, and tap Restore purchases. That asks the App Store to re-send what you own.

Worth checking: purchases belong to the Apple ID that made them. If you paid on a different Apple ID than the one signed in now, the app will not find it.

Force a syncSessions or plan look out of date

Your data is live — there is no sync button because there is no sync to run. When something looks out of date:

Fully close the app and reopen it — that makes it re-check everything.

If a coach built or replaced your plan and it has not appeared, pull down on Home to refresh.

Plan building runs on our side, not on your phone. You can close the app, lock the screen, or go and do something else — it keeps going, and it will be there when you come back.

If a coach cannot see your latest sessions, ask them to refresh their roster.

Resend verification emailNever arrived, or wrong address

The first two work inside the app; resending verification works right here.

Already answered.

Who pays for my subscription on a team?

Some teams cover their players' subscriptions. If yours does, you will not be charged and will not see the paywall while you are on that roster. If it does not, you can subscribe individually — joining a team never changes what you have already paid.

That cover is tied to being on the team. If you leave, or a coach removes you, it ends at the same moment — the app goes back to asking you to subscribe.

Nothing you have done is lost. Your plans, your completed sessions and your test numbers all stay on your account, and they are there again the moment you subscribe or join another team.

If you are on more than one team, cover comes from the team whose code you used. Leaving a different team does not affect it.

I paid but still see Free

Payments are confirmed with the App Store rather than by us directly, so there is a short gap between paying and the app knowing about it.

Two things fix almost every case. First, fully close the app and reopen it — that makes it re-check. Second, if it is still wrong, use Restore purchases from the subscription screen, which asks the App Store to re-send what you own.

Give it a minute either way. The confirmation reaches us on its own a moment after the payment goes through, and it clears itself.

Worth checking: purchases belong to the Apple ID that made them. If you paid on a different Apple ID than the one signed in now, the app will not find it.

If neither works, ask us. Your account comes with the message, so we can look up what the store told us and fix it from our side.

The plan I saw before subscribing was not mine

The week shown before you subscribe is an example. It is there so you can see the shape of a real week — how the sessions are built and laid out — before deciding to pay for one.

It is not built from your answers. Your own plan is generated after you subscribe, from your age, position, goals, equipment, training days and where you are in your season.

So the exercises, the days and the volumes in your plan will not match the example, and they are not supposed to.

Why did my plan change on its own?

A plan only rebuilds when something asks it to, and there are two things that can ask.

You can. Changing a setting does not rebuild anything by itself — it offers you an update, and nothing changes until you take it. If you never accept, your plan stays exactly as it was.

Your coach can, if you are on a team. A coach can update your training profile, change your goals, and generate or replace your plan. That is what joining a team allows, and it can happen without you doing anything.

You can always see what a plan was built from, and what has changed since, in plan details on Home.

If a week changed and none of that explains it, that is a bug and we want the report.

How many times can I update my plan?

Five per rolling 30 days.

Rolling matters: each update frees up again 30 days after you used it, one at a time. It is not a monthly reset, so the count does not go back to five on the 1st — if you used three last week, those three come back next month on the days you used them.

Updates your coach makes do not come out of your allowance. Only the ones you start count.

If you run out, the screen tells you the exact date your next one frees up.

Why does building my plan take a few minutes?

Each week is built on its own and the whole block is then reviewed together, so the plan you get is consistent week to week rather than six weeks that happen to sit next to each other. That takes a few minutes.

It runs on our side, not on your phone. You can close the app, lock the screen, or go and do something else — it keeps going, and it will be there when you come back.

If it has been much longer than that, or the app still says it is building the next time you open it, tell us.

Why does it say off-season when I am playing?

A plan records which season each week belongs to at the moment it is built, and then keeps it.

That is deliberate. The training you already did was built for the season it was built for — relabelling those weeks later would change what the app says about them without changing a single session you actually did.

So editing your season dates does not relabel a plan you already have. It offers you an update, and the weeks that get rebuilt pick up the new dates. Weeks you have already finished keep the label they were built with.

Why does my plan week start midweek?

Plan weeks run from your start date, not from Sunday or Monday. If you started on a Thursday, week 1 is Thursday to Wednesday, and so is every week after it.

That is what keeps the training intact. The spacing between hard days is the part that makes a week work, and sliding everything across to line up with a calendar week would either bunch those days together or leave a gap in the middle.

The calendar still shows real dates — it is only the week boundaries that follow your plan rather than the month.

My coach cannot see my sessions

A coach can only see your training while you are on their team. If you left, or they removed you, your sessions leave their roster with you.

The most common cause is two accounts. If you joined the team with one account and train on another, the coach is looking at the empty one. The account you are signed in to is shown at the top of your profile — check it matches the one you used the team code on.

It can also just be new. A coach sees sessions from the plan you are on now; if your plan was generated before you joined, ask them to refresh their roster.

Exactly what a coach can and cannot see is listed under Privacy & data.

How do I delete my account and data?

Coaching a team?

Coach help.

Roster setup

Players join your team using a 6-character code or by accepting your invite.

Assigning plans

A coach can update a player's training profile, change their goals, and generate or replace their plan. That is what joining a team allows, and it can happen without the player doing anything. Updates a coach makes do not come out of the player's allowance — only the ones the player starts count.

Billing

Sponsored teams cover every player's subscription — during early access, sponsorship is arranged by invoice from the coaches page. On a free team, players subscribe individually.

Team questions come through the same door — pick “I have a question” above and choose Teams.

What your coach can see

Coach only

  • Your plans, and which sessions you finished
  • Test numbers you log
  • The weights you lift
  • How a session felt, including pain

Coach + team

  • Height, weight, birth month and year
  • Your email address
  • That you are on other teams (names hidden)

Only applies while you are on a team. This matches what the app shows under Profile → Privacy & data, and the Teams section of our Privacy Policy.

Support in the app already knows your account, plan and version — one less thing to explain. Teric is on the App Store now (Android is coming soon); everything on this page also works right here, and support@tericbaseball.com always reaches us.
